How Modora collects, uses and protects your personal data.

Data controller

Data collected on modorawatches.ch is processed under the responsibility of Modora Watches. Contact: contact@modorawatches.ch.

Data we collect

• Contact details: first name, last name, delivery address, email, phone number, used to process and deliver your order.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. Modora has no access to it and does not store it.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, device type, traffic source (via cookies and measurement pixels).

How we use your data

• To process, deliver and track your orders.
• To answer your requests (customer service).
• To send you offers by email, only if you have consented (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To measure site traffic and improve our advertising.

Who we share your data with

Only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payment), our logistics partner (shipping), Vercel (hosting), Klaviyo (email), Meta, TikTok and Google (analytics and advertising). We never sell your data.

Transfers outside Switzerland / the EU

Some providers are located outside Switzerland and the European Union (notably in the United States). These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

Your data is kept as long as necessary to process your order, comply with our legal obligations and, for emails, until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@modorawatches.ch.

Security

The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and trusted providers. Payments are encrypted by Stripe.
