Terms applicable to every order placed on modorawatches.ch.
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made on modorawatches.ch under the Modora Watches brand (“Modora”). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
Modora offers custom automatic watches (“mods”) hand-assembled on authentic Seiko movements, as well as accessories. Photographs are as faithful as possible but are not contractual (slight variations may occur).
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. Modora reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
An order becomes final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email including an order number is sent to the address provided by the customer.
Payment is made online, securely, via Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Payment details are not stored by Modora.
Delivery is free. Orders are shipped with tracking; the tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and availability. Modora cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Customers located in the European Union have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. In addition, Modora offers all customers a 30-day return policy: any unworn watch can be returned for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order, after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Each watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering the movement and assembly. The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from improper use.
Modora cannot be held liable for indirect damages. In any event, its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Swiss courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
