No. A counterfeit copies a logo and pretends to be another brand. A Modora is a watch in its own right: genuine Seiko movement, a case and dial of our own, sold under our own name. No other brand's logo appears anywhere on our watches.
Which movement powers the watches?
Genuine Seiko movements (NH automatics and meca-quartz hybrids depending on the model): the reference calibre for watchmakers around the world. Reliable, robust and easy to service anywhere.
Can I have my watch serviced locally?
Yes. Seiko movements are a global watchmaking standard: any watchmaker can regulate or service them, no exotic parts required.
How do I adjust the bracelet to my wrist?
Every order includes a sizing kit (pin pusher + spring bar tool) and instructions. It takes two minutes, or any watchmaker or jeweller will gladly do it for you.
What are the delivery times?
Every watch is assembled then inspected before shipping. Delivery is free and tracked; you receive your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What if I don't like the watch?
You have 30 days to change your mind: return it for a full refund, no questions asked. The warranty then covers the movement and assembly for 2 years.
